1. Imagine you’re chatting to a friend, instead of “making an important presentation”. Framing it as a friendly chat to a friend relieves your nerves and allows you to flow.

2. Restrict yourself to a maximum of 3-4 takes. Allowing yourself to try the presentation too many times will get you stuck in the “perfectionism” loop, and you’ll never be able to be great!

3. Smile at the start and the end of the video.
